PULSE ARC WELDING STYLUS

I machined this stylus with my lathe and CNC mill out of aluminum. It compares to the Sunstone Engineering Orion HERE and the  PUK 3 pulse arc welders that can weld gold, silver, aluminum, copper, steel, nickel etc. The stylus has a solenoid that retracts the tungsten electrode to start and sustain  a very hot plasma arc and argon gas to shield the weld like a TIG welder. This plasma arc is used as a heat source to melt the metal together. Filler rod can also be used to make strong and reliable welding seams.

  12. Fritz and folks. I am not a sophisticated computer user, so I can't seem to find a place to buy the boards to build my own. Can anyone help me?

  13. I would very much like to see the new firmware posted here. Will you be getting more pc boards made to sell? I did not see a place to buy them. When I went to your Amazon store I did not see boards or the PIC micro controller. I can program my own PIC if the firmware is available but would much like to see boards available again. I did quite a bit of searching to find a good battery tab spot welder and this one seems to be the best. The few others I found seem to be hit or miss.

    Thank you.
