That's quite the art to see those tabs get welded with the latest version of your project. Can you tell me the dimensions of your case? I think the mini tower PC case might be a good substitute case. Nice Job Fritz! -Mike
Wire loom works very well to keep the welding wires together. The wires shouldn't be allowed to jump around as energy is actually lost when they do so.

ReplyDeleteGreat job Fritz. You must be burnt. "No music" I've always enjoyed your work along with your choice of music. You still get an A+. :-)
ReplyDeleteMike L 14" H 9" W 6.5" I think a computer case will work. The cheapest and the easiest will be to make a wooden box.
ReplyDeleteThanks Damian, I left the music out so you can hear the actual weld....and some guys on Hack a Day said my music was gay :))
ReplyDeleteToo funny about the music. Seems you can't ever please everyone.
ReplyDeleteThis welder is miles beyond all the microwave welders you see out there.
Thanks for the dimensions Fritz. Do you have any info on the type of copper probes you use? Alloy, or oxygen free copper? -Mike
ReplyDeleteI can't remember Mike
